About the Role
As a Brand Designer at FLORA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity. The creatives we serve are discerning, making it essential that every interaction, launch, and brand artifact resonates with excellence. If you're seeking a dynamic environment where brand and product design converge and significantly impact company growth, this is the opportunity for you. You will collaborate closely with our VP of Marketing, fellow designers, our Founder/CEO, and the Product team, ensuring that your work is not only seen but appreciated by serious creative professionals.
Your Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing and product design to shape FLORA's visual identity across all platforms, including product, social media, campaigns, and events.
Design a cohesive system that binds FLORA together while creating individual elements that evoke emotion.
Translate FLORA's functionalities into compelling visual narratives that are clear and engaging.
Create stunning designs using the FLORA canvas and understand how to integrate with FAUNA effectively.
Establish scalable branding systems that prioritize creativity over mediocrity.
Navigate swiftly between strategic planning and hands-on execution, maintaining high standards for both.
Set creative benchmarks for external partners, collaborators, and internal teams.
Determine optimal representations of new and existing product features across various high-visibility formats.
