About the job

As a Cost Controller at Artelia, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity of our capital projects. Your responsibilities will include:
• Completing capital project cost reporting with detailed variance explanations;
• Attesting and coding vendor invoices while managing progress billings;
• Recording, tracking, forecasting, and reporting on work under the In-Service Failure programs;
• Preparing monthly capital accruals to ensure accurate financial statements;
• Creating work orders to effectively track costs throughout project lifecycles;
• Finalizing project forecasts, capital budget change orders, contract change orders, and cost flows;
• Preparing Requisitions, Purchasing Exception Reports, and Approval to Awards;
• Analyzing and preparing quarterly commitments for performance reviews;
• Completing project close-out documentation, including Asset Assignment Forms and Interest cut-off forms;
• Undertaking other ad hoc reporting as required.
