Your Role
As our new Conversion Rate Optimization Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing the overall customer experience. Your goal will be to maximize returns from our conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, ensuring a seamless and intuitive journey for our users.
By employing user-centered methodologies and collaborating with various teams, you will translate insights from funnel analytics into actionable strategies that drive key performance metrics. Your focus will be on high-impact UI/UX improvements while conducting experiments that enhance conversion rates and reduce time-to-value for both prospects and paying customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hypothesis-driven conversion rate optimization initiatives, designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests while analyzing results for impactful insights.
- Concentrate on web-based customer touchpoints to craft high-impact UI designs and interaction flows (utilizing tools such as Figma and Sketch), providing production-ready specifications.
- Develop dashboards and conduct funnel analyses (using GA4, HubSpot, etc.) to identify conversion bottlenecks and activation gaps throughout the customer journey.
- Engage in qualitative research (user interviews, usability testing, session replay analysis) and quantitative analysis to validate hypotheses and guide design decisions.
- Maintain customer journey maps, experiment briefs, success metrics, and a roadmap of experiments and UX initiatives.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Rev Ops, Revenue, Support, and Engineering teams to align on definitions, activation criteria, and experiment rollout.
- Ensure adherence to accessibility and performance best practices on conversion-critical pages and flows, effectively communicating learnings and impacts to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Growth, Marketing Design, Web Development, and Lifecycle Marketing teams to enhance the in-product user experience.
