The Role
As Scale experiences rapid expansion, our Recruiting team plays a crucial role in meeting our ambitious technical hiring objectives. We are in search of a talented Technical Sourcer who will collaborate closely with our Engineering and AI teams to recruit exceptional Software Engineers, Applied AI Engineers, and Machine Learning Engineers.
This high-impact position allows you to influence our hiring strategy, cultivate top talent pipelines, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience that embodies Scale’s core values of excellence, velocity, and innovation.
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and screen incoming applicants to pinpoint high-potential candidates.
- Lead strategic outbound sourcing initiatives to attract elite talent across various roles in software engineering, AI/ML, and product domains.
- Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to grasp team requirements, then design and implement sourcing strategies that yield results.
- Adapt and refine our processes as the company evolves, consistently seeking avenues to enhance efficiency and impact.
- Stay updated on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive insights to influence hiring strategies.
- Leverage data to guide your efforts—monitor key metrics and convert insights into actionable recommendations for hiring partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters, coordinators, and interviewers to ensure a seamless and transparent candidate experience.
