We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Senior Java / Kotlin Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Work Location: On-site, 2 days per week in Spitalfields, London
Key Requirements: Proven expertise in Java or Kotlin (back-end development) and a strong commitment to Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Your Role:
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team comprising software developers, technical product owners, and testers, all aligned towards developing JVM applications using Test-Driven Development and Pair Programming.
- Lead the design and implementation of our systems with a clear understanding of the context and purpose behind each project, while continually seeking opportunities to enhance our systems and workflows.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to fellow team members.
- Possess extensive knowledge of Java or Kotlin programming languages (5+ years of experience).
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience working within a cross-functional, agile development team.
- Have at least 3 years of practical experience in Test-Driven Development and a keen interest in Pair Programming.
