Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing & Operations: Develop candidate pipelines to promote diverse representation throughout the hiring process, targeting top talent from competing organizations.
Operational Support: Assist in the daily operations of recruitment functions to ensure an efficient hiring process.
AI-Driven Process & Data Management:- Utilize AI tools to generate and manage reports related to recruiting activities, as well as to gather and analyze competitor data for strategic insights.- Collaborate with the recruiting team to enhance processes and programs through AI-automated solutions.- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for recruitment and branding initiatives.
Coordination:- Schedule and manage all stages of the recruitment process, including virtual interviews and candidate assessments.- Oversee job postings across various career platforms and research additional avenues to broaden our reach.- Ensure accurate CV uploads and data management within our ATS (Greenhouse) system to maintain high data integrity.
