About the job

Join the Team That Supports Those Who Serve

Every day, military personnel, warfighters, law enforcement, and first responders depend on reliable equipment that must perform without fail. Your role will be critical in ensuring that these heroes receive the precise gear they need, exactly when they need it.

As a Contract Procurement Associate, you will be the central figure in mission support, adeptly coordinating orders, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating the delivery of essential supplies to those who protect our communities and nation.

Rather than merely handling paperwork, you will be an integral part of the logistics framework that sustains operational efficiency.

Your Mission:

Support a tactical supply business that delivers mission-critical equipment to:
• Department of Defense
• Law enforcement agencies
• First responders

Our team comprises many individuals with military and law enforcement backgrounds, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and dependability.

Your contributions will directly impact the timely provision of vital equipment for real-world operations.

Your Responsibilities:

As the coordination hub between customers, vendors, and the internal sales team, you will:
• Process quotes and sales orders
• Monitor order status and shipment timelines
• Communicate effectively with agencies and customers
• Address order and contract inquiries
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
• Conduct product research and liaise with vendors
• Manage customer expectations and follow-ups
• Utilize SAP for order and pricing management

In essence, you will ensure that nothing slips through the cracks.

Ideal Candidate:

You will excel in this role if you:
• Appreciate structured work with genuine responsibility
• Have a passion for helping customers and problem-solving
• Are well-organized and detail-oriented
• Prefer teamwork over solitary tasks
• Seek stability rather than frequent job changes

This position rewards reliability and diligence over aggressive sales tactics.
