SUMMARY:

  • The Office Administrator will support the Nintendo Technology Development Inc. (NTD) team, performing administrative and operational tasks that require coordination with Nintendo of America Inc. (NOA) and external partners.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the NTD organization.
  • Manage on-site office requirements, including inventory of supplies.
  • Facilitate effective communication with cross-functional teams, including NOA Facilities, Human Resources, IT, Procurement, and Security.
  • Coordinate departmental shipping activities.
  • Assist in tracking assets efficiently.
  • Oversee scheduling and management of meetings, both in-person and virtual.
  • Perform project coordination tasks as needed, including document creation, editing, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Manage on-site visitor coordination in accordance with established policies.
