The Role:
The Content Support Analyst will collaborate closely with our Content team to enhance AlphaSense's content offerings and cater to our clients' needs. You will work alongside a diverse team of product managers, content analysts, software engineers, and content vendors. Your responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding new content, configuring automated content ingestion processes, and ensuring the quality of the content we provide. The content sets you will manage encompass public company presentations, news articles, regulatory information, trade journals, and various online publications.
The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, relevant experience in content onboarding and support, excellent analytical abilities, web research expertise, and troubleshooting capabilities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Research & Analysis: Identify and evaluate new content sources available online to enrich our content library and assist in developing operational frameworks to achieve project objectives.
- Content Onboarding & Maintenance: Monitor content processing alerts, verify and upload company presentations and other relevant content from various websites, configure new web scraping tasks via an admin interface, and maintain existing scraping operations.
