Georges and his team, consisting of four dedicated professionals, are in search of a meticulous and creative Content Creator to develop comprehensive practical guides, engaging explanatory videos, and integrated in-app content. Your contributions will significantly enhance the user experience, empowering our audience to understand and utilize our products and services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Create clear, concise, and engaging practical guides and educational content for various platforms, including:
- Written guides
- Video tutorials
- In-app help content
- Independently test and explore new features or updates to understand their functionality and use cases thoroughly.
Video Production:
- Plan, script, and produce high-quality explanatory videos.
- Record, edit, and finalize videos to meet user needs.
User Research:
- Collaborate with product managers, onboarding teams, the academy, and customer support to identify user needs and gaps in existing documentation.
Content Management:
- Organize and manage content resources within a content management system, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and accessible.
- Track and validate documentation according to established processes.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (implementation, product development, marketing, and customer support) to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
Autonomous Task Management:
- Independently manage and execute projects or tasks from start to finish, adhering to objectives, deadlines, and scope.
- Effectively organize and prioritize work, coordinating with colleagues as necessary and making decisions that advance initiatives.
Tool Evolution:
- Research, evaluate, and stay informed about new tools and technologies related to documentation.
- Demonstrate interest and ability to integrate and master new tools and expertise.
Continuous Improvement:
- Gather feedback from customers and colleagues to foster improvement initiatives.
