What Sets DTE Consult Apart
Our focus is on providing financial consulting services to medium-sized enterprises across various sectors, predominantly within Germany.
Our offerings are built on extensive experience from the Big Four and top-tier restructuring consulting.
We roll up our sleeves, collaborate closely with management to make informed decisions, and execute them consistently. We strategically identify key levers to sustainably transform companies.
Your Responsibilities and Opportunities as a Consultant
You will face challenging tasks from day one, with immediate involvement in ongoing projects, either onsite with clients or in one of our offices.
We challenge and nurture your technical and personal skills, offering extensive opportunities to enhance these through project work, our DTE Faculty, and tailored training programs.
From the outset, you will be integrated into active project work, assisting the team in performance analyses, developing action programs and implementation organizations (PMO/PMI), creating integrated financial models, and developing performance, M&A, and restructuring concepts (e.g., IDW S6) for medium-sized companies (up to approx. €1.0 billion in revenue).
As a boutique firm, we offer not only an attractive compensation package but also short decision-making paths and a start-up character, ideal for aspiring talents with strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality.
Our Requirements for a Consultant
We seek individuals with character, passion, and business acumen who act solution-oriented with strong analytical skills and think beyond the ordinary.
Ideal candidates will have a completed Master's degree or PhD in Business (or related field) and initial professional experience (e.g., through an internship) in economic consulting (e.g., Big Four) or in the controlling department of a larger company.
Excellent command of both English and German, willingness to travel, teamwork spirit, and performance orientation, combined with a focus on results and customer satisfaction, are fundamental for our success.
While grades and university rankings are indicators for us, personal fit, motivation, and ambition are equally important.
