Required:Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in management consulting or a related field (e.g., technical consulting, analytical roles in business, public policy, economics research, private equity, investment banking, or corporate strategy); or proven equivalent experience and/or education. Preferred:MBA or another Master’s degree in Operational Research, Management, Management Science, Finance, Economics, Systems Engineering, or related disciplines; or proven equivalent experience and/or education. Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields.

We are in search of accomplished management consultants who are dedicated to enhancing economic, environmental, and social vitality for our clients. This role is available in the following cities: Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; Sacramento, CA; Denver, CO; Chicago, IL.

Capitalizing on AECOM’s extensive expertise in infrastructure design and execution, AECOM Advisory serves as a reliable consultant to senior-level clients and executive teams regarding their most urgent enterprise and strategic requirements. Our projects encompass assisting the City of LA in adopting their Citywide Housing Incentive Program (CHIP) Ordinance, developing SCAG’s Regional Resilience Toolkit, and creating an Integrated Human Resources Plan for LADWP’s Power System.

We cater to a diverse range of clients engaged in infrastructure, the built environment, and community vitality, including national governments, regulatory bodies, city agencies, utilities, transit authorities, infrastructure operators, and investors. Our global team of 400 includes business and policy analysts, economists, commercial strategists, technology architects, as well as human capital and change management specialists. We assist our clients in formulating strategies, enhancing operational performance, and integrating digital systems to deliver value for stakeholders and positively impact their communities.
