Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial construction projects in Louisville from initial planning through completion
- Manage budgets, track costs, and keep projects on schedule
- Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain progress
- Oversee site activities with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve field issues quickly
- Communicate updates to clients, stakeholders, and company leadership
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including reports, schedules, and change orders
- Use construction management software such as ProCore or Prolog for tracking and documentation
