We are currently on the lookout for a Construction Manager specializing in PSSS to oversee project management, risk management, and project controls throughout all phases of execution. This role involves direct reporting to the MEP Manager and acting as the primary liaison between the General Contractor (GC), vendors, trades, clients, and the project design team.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of construction projects, including new builds and modifications of existing systems. You will lead pre-construction activities such as drafting bid package RFPs, subcontractor pre-qualifications, statements of work, and construction estimates to define project budgets. Additionally, you will establish and track key project milestones and schedules associated with the scope of work.
In this role, you will coordinate efforts, including weekly owner meetings, and participate in superintendent and QA/QC field meetings. Your duties will involve reviewing and approving subcontractor proposals, change orders, project estimates, invoices, and final close-out documentation, presenting these to the owner for approval.
