Position Overview

As a pivotal part of our Connector initiative, the Connector Development Representative (CDR) plays a crucial role in driving enterprise sales for both corporate and government sectors. This innovative sales strategy focuses on building and leveraging direct relationships to secure high-quality enterprise leads. The CDR will facilitate access to key decision-makers, directly contributing to our revenue growth.

The CDR will engage in two key areas: 1. Identifying and cultivating productive Connectors, and 2. Overseeing the lead generation efforts of these Connectors. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a passion for forging new partnerships, optimizing lead processes, and collaborating across teams to maximize revenue driven by partnerships.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with Connector VPs, Connector Managers, reseller channel managers, and enterprise sales teams, effectively supporting multiple priorities. Your blend of sales acumen, creativity, and relationship management skills will be vital in fostering successful partnerships, as this role is inherently sales-focused.
