Join our dynamic clinical research company, psicro, as a proactive and resourceful Office Administrator. This full-time role is essential to our office operations, providing a chance to engage in office management, administration, communication, security, and facilities management. Our ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and thrives with minimal supervision. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply!

Our office is conveniently located at Park Silom, requiring candidates to be onsite five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Management

  • Facilitate the ordering and inventory management of office supplies, addressing employee inquiries regarding stationery, pantry items, and office equipment.
  • Receive, sort, and maintain inventory records of office supplies.
  • Provide basic maintenance and minor troubleshooting for office equipment.
  • Support various aspects of office and facility management, including pantry oversight and maintenance.
  • Assist in organizing office meetings and events, managing the conference room schedule.
  • Conduct regular office inspections to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
  • Address maintenance or facility-related issues promptly by coordinating with service providers.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing courier shipments.

2. Communication

  • Handle incoming calls, visitors, and correspondence, ensuring accurate information is relayed.
  • Act as a liaison with vendors and support services.

3. Administration

  • Assist with processing expenses, invoicing, and generating reports as directed.
  • Maintain various administrative reports as required by the Country Manager.
  • Provide secretarial support to the Country Manager and manage incoming invoices.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring workstation setup and IT coordination.
  • Serve as a contact point for new employees to address queries during their initial period.

4. Office Security

  • Maintain office security by following safety protocols and managing access through reception.
  • Monitor access card assignments.
