Role overview The Final Integration Technician will fabricate pilot and pre-production assemblies, working with high-voltage power systems and complex electromechanical assemblies. The role requires managing assigned projects independently and adapting to changing priorities each day. Attention to cleanliness and safety is essential, following 5S practices and company protocols. What you will do Fabricate assemblies using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for key components, including high-voltage and electromechanical systems. Manage projects independently and adjust to shifting daily tasks. Maintain workspace organization and safety through 5S best practices and adherence to safety procedures. Conduct line trials for new products and processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet production targets. Identify assembly challenges, support process improvements, and lead Kaizen events when needed. Assemble hardware for test stands, ensuring thorough documentation for both components and full assemblies. Perform teardown and validation testing for new equipment and testers across production lines. Support engineers in diagnosing quality issues and test failures. Mentor production associates and provide on-the-job training. Carry out self-inspections and in-process checks to confirm quality compliance. Collaboration with electrical, mechanical, and testing teams is central to delivering lightweight, reliable, and production-ready harness solutions. The role also focuses on improving test infrastructure, including fixtures and system test racks. Success in this position requires quick execution, independence, and a strong focus on results. Main responsibilities Harness Design & Ownership Lead the design of UAV wiring harnesses from concept through production release. Develop harnesses for power, high-speed signals, RF, and mixed-signal systems, meeting strict size, weight, and power requirements. Work closely with mechanical and electrical teams to iterate on harness layouts, routing, and packaging. Select connectors, shielding methods, wire types, and protection schemes for harsh environments, including vibration, temperature extremes, and EMI. Emphasize reliability, manufacturability, and ease of field service in all design decisions. Build, Integration & Validation Directly assemble and prototype harnesses. Lead integration of harnesses into full vehicle systems. Define and execute validation protocols such as continuity, insulation resistance, shielding effectiveness, and system-level functional checks. Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly during integration and flight testing.

Main Responsibilities Carry out lay-up, bagging, curing, trimming, and finishing of composite parts using prepreg, wet layup, and resin infusion methods. Operate curing ovens and vacuum systems to solidify composite assemblies. Trim and machine cured composites to tight tolerances. Drill, bond, fasten, and assemble composite substructures into finished products. Conduct in-process inspections to verify tolerances and spot defects. Support prototype builds by adjusting techniques, working with engineers, and recording process insights. Facilitate production builds by following controlled work instructions, ensuring repeatability, and meeting takt time goals. Handle sensitive materials and keep workspaces clean to prevent contamination. Maintain tooling and fixtures, report wear, and contribute to ongoing process improvement.
