Specific Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular compliance testing and monitoring on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Develop and maintain databases and checklists to streamline the workflow of the Legal and Compliance team.
  • Assist in preparing regulatory filings and manage various email review processes.
  • Support the execution and tracking of fund documents and counterparty agreements (e.g., ISDA, prime brokerage).
  • Facilitate the opening of new funds and counterparty accounts.
  • Manage documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects aligned with the firm's priorities.
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks as required.

Key Competencies

  • Preferred B. S. degree in Finance or Economics, though strong academic credentials are essential.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment in handling confidential information.
  • Dependable and flexible team player with a collaborative mindset.
