About the Role
We are searching for a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation and Rewards Manager to enhance our people team. In this pivotal role, you will partner with HR Business Partners, managers, and talent partners to ensure our compensation and rewards programs are competitive, fair, and scalable.
This role demands a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You will establish the data-driven foundation necessary to attract and retain top talent within our corporate functions.
This is a hybrid position, requiring at least 3 days per week in our New York City or San Francisco office. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates moving to our hubs.
