Compensation Benchmarking: Spearhead the benchmarking process for global functions, using high-quality data to maintain our competitive edge in the fintech sector. Program Administration: Oversee the daily execution of compensation cycles, including salary reviews, equity grants, and internal leveling audits. Offer Modeling: Handle the technical aspects of the offer process, including modeling complex compensation packages and managing market compensation databases. Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to leaders and HRBPs, offering expert advice on compensation philosophy and pay equity. Data Intelligence: Utilize data and market intelligence to refine sourcing strategies and enhance our internal processes.

About the Role

We are searching for a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation and Rewards Manager to enhance our people team. In this pivotal role, you will partner with HR Business Partners, managers, and talent partners to ensure our compensation and rewards programs are competitive, fair, and scalable.

This role demands a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You will establish the data-driven foundation necessary to attract and retain top talent within our corporate functions.

This is a hybrid position, requiring at least 3 days per week in our New York City or San Francisco office. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates moving to our hubs.
