Veterinarian Core Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home euthanasia and hospice care for geriatric and terminally ill pets
  • Assist families in navigating end-of-life decisions for their pets
  • Establish relationships with local veterinary clinics, serving as an extension of their exemplary care

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a practicing veterinarian
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs with assistance
  • Must be capable of walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, crawling, stooping, standing, and reaching consistently throughout the workday
  • Comfortable driving for extended periods
  • Proven manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and the ability to maintain steady hands while using medical tools
