Veterinarian Core Responsibilities
- Provide in-home euthanasia and hospice care for geriatric and terminally ill pets
- Assist families in navigating end-of-life decisions for their pets
- Establish relationships with local veterinary clinics, serving as an extension of their exemplary care
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a practicing veterinarian
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs with assistance
- Must be capable of walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, crawling, stooping, standing, and reaching consistently throughout the workday
- Comfortable driving for extended periods
- Proven manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and the ability to maintain steady hands while using medical tools
