Qualifications:High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent educational background preferred. Experience in caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions is preferred but not mandatory. Must have reliable transportation to fulfill attendance and punctuality requirements. Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written English. Physical capability to perform active duties such as walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.). Comfortable working in an environment with animals and pets.

In this fulfilling role, you will provide hands-on support to residents diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining.
  • Fostering meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and fellow caregivers.
  • Supporting residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging atmosphere.
  • Maintaining accurate care records and communicating any changes to the nursing team.
