About the Role
As the Community Manager for SHx, you will be the primary ambassador and spokesperson for our token community. Your focus will be on nurturing meaningful relationships, creating long-term engagement strategies, and representing SHx at events and conferences. You will oversee all community functions, from planning activations to facilitating user feedback loops, with the aim of enriching the SHx ecosystem across platforms such as Discord, Twitter/X, and Telegram.
This role reports directly to the CEO and works in close collaboration with our Marketing Associate, Content Producer, and Product Marketing team.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute SHx’s community strategy, driving growth and engagement across key platforms.
  • Respond to community queries and feedback with empathy and precision.
  • Represent SHx at industry meetups, events, and conferences.
  • Design and host virtual events such as AMAs, webinars, and token updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to leverage community insights.
  • Generate updates and impactful messaging tailored to SHx token holders and advocates.
  • Monitor engagement, sentiment, and report on community health to leadership.
