Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking a Community Manager (Arabic Speaker) to oversee daily operations and strengthen resident engagement within its luxury residential community. This role involves hands-on management, direct resident interaction, and a focus on maintaining high living standards. The position calls for someone who understands UAE tenancy laws and Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) guidelines, and who values building a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for all residents.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for residents, handling concerns, questions, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure all activities comply with RERA regulations, Dubai Municipality guidelines, and UAE legal requirements.
- Work closely with maintenance, security, and housekeeping teams to uphold cleanliness, functionality, and safety throughout the property.
- Organize routine building inspections and health and safety checks, ensuring compliance with fire safety, pest control, elevator licensing, and other regulatory standards.
- Manage move-in and move-out processes, including documentation, inspections, and coordinating access for residents.
- Keep accurate records of residents, leases, and incidents, always maintaining data privacy and compliance standards.
- Support leasing and renewal efforts by fostering resident satisfaction and helping to minimize turnover.
- Apply and enforce building policies, house rules, and community guidelines with fairness and diplomacy.
What We Look For
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Solid knowledge of UAE tenancy laws and RERA guidelines.
- Experience in community management or a related field.
