Role Overview
Join Capco as a Communication and Engagement Consultant, where you will be instrumental in developing and executing internal engagement strategies that ignite inspiration, convey information, and facilitate transformative change. You'll collaborate on both large and small-scale transformation initiatives, crafting content and strategies that foster momentum and create impactful employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication and engagement strategies within transformation initiatives
  • Facilitate discovery workshops to identify colleague engagement needs and chart effective communication channels
  • Create premium communication materials, digital portals, and compelling storytelling frameworks
  • Design and produce training content aimed at enhancing skills for diverse audiences
  • Establish metrics for success and monitor the effectiveness of engagement strategies
  • Collaborate closely with designers and stakeholders to align with branding and messaging directives

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in formulating communication strategies for internal change or transformation initiatives
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Ability to navigate brand guidelines and manage complex stakeholder dynamics
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience in developing training materials
  • Adept at working within agile teams in fast-paced consulting or financial services environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in copywriting and a solid understanding of human psychology in messaging
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and basic video production/editing skills
  • Experience with SharePoint, Google Sites, or similar internal communication platforms
  • Skills in motion graphics or animation design
  • Previous experience in consulting or within the Financial Services sector
