About the Role:
As the Commercial Strategy and Operations Manager at Relay, you will be integral to our relationships with leading e-commerce clients who spend billions annually on logistics. This pivotal role bridges strategy and execution: you will define market approaches, ensure seamless commercial operations, and oversee high-value client programs from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the go-to-market strategy for existing and new clients, crafting commercial frameworks that expedite deal closures and enhance profitability.
Ensure client profitability by collaborating with commercial analytics to identify margin risks and implement corrective actions.
Oversee the commercial and operational processes for a portfolio of strategic clients, maintaining governance and optimizing performance.
