The Team
The Commercial Strategy team serves as the core for strategy, growth analytics, and operational excellence for our customer acquisition efforts in Germany. This agile team crafts and implements strategies to expand iwoca’s market presence, collaborating across functions to ensure that Partner, Marketing, and Sales channels operate efficiently and profitably. In this fast-paced environment, we connect insights from data to drive decision-making and transform our strategies into tangible commercial outcomes.
The Role
As a Commercial Strategy Analyst, you will be the analytical and operational backbone for our Sales and Marketing teams in Germany. Your contributions will directly influence our growth trajectory by leveraging data to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This position is ideal for an analytical individual eager to advance their career in fintech strategy and commercial operations, offering a unique combination of hands-on data analysis and strategic involvement. In your initial six months, you will focus on CRM and Sales Operations, ensuring our HubSpot system is functioning seamlessly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze sales funnel performance, conversion rates, and campaign ROI to uncover growth opportunities.
Own the reporting for our Direct Acquisition channels, providing insights that inform strategic decisions.
Assist in strategic projects through data analysis and process enhancements, supporting the launch of new initiatives and experiments.
Data Reporting and Infrastructure
Serve as the primary support for maintaining and optimizing Sales leads through upload, scoring, attribution, and analysis.
Construct and maintain comprehensive reports that facilitate data-driven decision making.
