Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of the designated Coverage team, ensuring optimal performance and effective management of business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Real Estate department to enhance service delivery, while independently driving revenue growth and managing portfolio risks.
- Develop strong credit skills and understanding of risk/reward parameters to empower decision-making in handling customer service issues and exceptions.
- Proactively address customer inquiries and service-related matters to optimize resources for cross-selling complex products.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of customer and corporate products, equipped with effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills to meet performance targets and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Maintain a zero-expiry level for all assigned accounts.
- Meet annual targets for performing loans set by Senior Management.
- Cross-sell GFM, GTB, and related products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that the Non-Performing Loans (NPL) ratio remains below 4%, with timely credit reviews and renewals.
- Achieve satisfactory audit reports.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by acting as a client service manager, proactively resolving issues and facilitating other services.
- Enhance credit analysis competencies.
- Adhere to all internal processes for the existing portfolio in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
- Comply with documentation requirements for call reports, KYC, and all operational matters, ensuring timely turnaround of new proposals as per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
