Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Commercial Project Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison for AG Barr’s substantial Commercial Project Portfolio. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective communication, facilitating meetings, and driving projects to completion on schedule and within budget. This dynamic and challenging role provides the opportunity to engage in various high-profile projects that are crucial to our ambitious growth trajectory.
- End-to-End Project Management:
- Oversee New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) from conception through to launch.
- Maintain an up-to-date overview of project status, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Create and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
- Anticipate and mitigate potential risks and conflicts across projects.
- Conduct regular meetings to ensure they are focused and productive.
- Action and Task Management:
- Document and track action items and decisions.
- Delegate tasks with clear ownership to the relevant teams.
- Escalate critical issues to project sponsors or management.
- Resource and Stakeholder Management:
- Assist in identifying and allocating resources effectively.
