Axon is looking for a Commercial Operations Analyst to assist both our Sales and Finance teams. This highly visible position involves structuring complex deals and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. We seek an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment — someone who takes initiative while valuing collaboration, feedback, and continuous learning.
As part of a supportive, mission-driven team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial Controllership, Order Processing, and Accounts Receivable. You will receive training, mentorship, and resources, and we will rely on you to take ownership of your projects, propel initiatives forward, and proactively address challenges as they arise.
