Qualifications
Responsibilities Lead and mentor the sales team, providing coaching and development opportunities; assist with recruiting and onboarding to cultivate a high-performing team. Conduct sales planning by identifying market opportunities, assessing the competitive landscape, and understanding customer needs to drive growth. Manage processes by collaborating with internal teams for seamless technology delivery; identify gaps and recommend ongoing improvements. Forecast and report on sales metrics, providing accurate forecasts and pipeline reports to senior management; continuously analyze performance to make necessary adjustments. Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in leading enterprise or commercial/mid-market sales teams in a dynamic environment. At least 5 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience with a proven track record of securing new business at the enterprise and strategic levels. Demonstrated success in forecasting, territory mapping, research and planning, and facilitating discovery meetings for key accounts. Exceptional communication skills; a natural storyteller capable of articulating complex ideas and engaging diverse audiences. Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Bachelor's or master’s degree with a GPA of 3.5 or above (US) or 2:1 and above.
