What will I be doing?
- Champion our product by driving growth and adoption within the Small Business segment.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle for Small Business clients, utilizing a consultative sales methodology from prospecting to closing.
- Deliver timely and precise sales forecasts and maintain transparency on revenue performance.
- Effectively communicate Intercom’s value proposition using the Command of the Message framework.
- Plan and adjust forecasts and pacing throughout each month and quarter.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to secure flagship clients in the market.
- Work closely with R&D and Marketing to represent your customers’ voices.
