Role overview
The Commerce Retail Operations Associate joins PMG’s Commerce group, working alongside marketers, operators, analysts, and creatives. The team’s mission centers on improving how products appear across digital marketplaces and guiding shoppers from initial interest to purchase. This position is based in Boston, Dallas, or New York.
What you will do
- Support product visibility and shopper experience by working closely with Retail Operations, Retail Media, Strategy, and Creative teams.
- Collaborate with client partners and PMG leadership to transform insights into practical strategies.
- Maintain catalog health and optimize product detail page content.
- Coordinate pricing and promotional efforts for consistency across channels.
- Contribute ideas, mentor colleagues, and help define what "retail ready" means as the market evolves.
