As a Collections Specialist for Stripe Capital, you will provide exceptional, empathetic, and strategic support to our merchants who may have missed payments. You will manage a collections queue, reaching out via phone, email, and SMS to assist overdue users. Your role will be crucial in fostering relationships and helping businesses thrive, all while contributing to our mission of enhancing the global economy.
