Role overview

The CNC Cabinet Operator position is a full-time, on-site role focused on running CNC machinery to produce cabinet components. This job involves hands-on work and attention to detail, ideal for those who take pride in their craft and appreciate working with wood and cabinetry.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate Thermwood Cut Ready CNC machines for cutting and drilling cabinet components
  • Produce cabinet parts to exact specifications
  • Inspect finished products for quality and design accuracy
  • Perform edgebanding on components as needed
  • Assist with cabinet assembly and other production tasks
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments when necessary
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and improve processes

What we offer

  • Hourly pay: $23 to $27, depending on experience
  • Full-time schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Overtime available on Fridays as needed
