Position Objective
Assist the commercial department in managing and developing business opportunities in software solutions and cloud services. Utilize basic technical knowledge to understand client needs, prepare proposals, and follow up on the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Support
Assist in prospecting and initial qualification of clients interested in technology and cloud solutions.
Follow up on leads, business opportunities, and active clients.
Prepare quotes, commercial proposals, and presentations of technological solutions.
Coordinate commercial meetings and product demonstrations with clients.
Keep client and opportunity information up-to-date in the CRM.
Assist in the administrative closure of sales (contracts, service orders, invoicing).
Technical-Commercial Support
Understand the software and cloud solutions offered to communicate them clearly to clients.
Assist in gathering basic client requirements.
Serve as a liaison between the technical and commercial teams.
Accompany the sales team in technical-commercial presentations and meetings.
Support in the development of technical-commercial proposals.
