Job Description
Position Objective
The Cloud Solutions Support Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting the commercial team in managing and developing business opportunities related to software solutions and cloud services. This position requires basic technical knowledge to understand customer needs, prepare proposals, and follow through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Support
Assist in the prospecting and initial qualification of clients interested in technology and cloud solutions.
Follow up with leads, commercial opportunities, and active clients.
Prepare quotes, commercial proposals, and presentations of technology solutions.
Coordinate commercial meetings and product demonstrations with clients.
Keep client and opportunity information updated in the CRM.
Assist in the administrative closing of sales (contracts, service orders, billing).
Technical-Commercial Support
Understand the offered software and cloud solutions to communicate them clearly to clients.
Support in gathering basic client requirements.
Act as a liaison between the technical team and the commercial team.
Accompany the sales team in technical-commercial presentations and meetings.
Assist in the development of technical-commercial proposals.
