The Cloud Engineer (Level 2) is vital to our team, responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing cloud environments with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
This role focuses on enhancing automation capabilities, allowing clients to run their cloud workloads effectively. Primarily working within Azure, the engineer will also gain exposure to AWS, utilizing native cloud services, infrastructure-as-code frameworks, and contemporary cloud management tools.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams and client engineering stakeholders is essential to ensure stable, secure, and scalable operations. Applicants should possess strong hands-on experience with Azure platforms, familiarity with container ecosystems, and exposure to DevOps practices.
Responsibilities include daily operational support within a managed services framework, encompassing incident management, monitoring, and participating in on-call rotations. A robust understanding of Linux and Windows systems, networking, and production operations is crucial for effective troubleshooting and maintaining environment stability.
