The Role:
We are on the lookout for a Client Value Partner specializing in the Utilities & Energy sector. This role requires a seasoned industry professional who can seamlessly connect energy transition strategies with operational excellence. You will serve as the primary accountable lead for one of America's largest strategic energy firms, translating executive vision into tangible value.
As a Client Value Partner, you will act as a pivotal strategic advisor within our Energy go-to-market team. Your role will extend beyond conventional customer success to align Celonis' capabilities with critical outcomes in Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, and Renewable Energy assets.
Working closely with Celonis Sales Teams, you will take full charge of the end-to-end value journey for our premier customers. You will be their trusted advisor, guiding them in mobilizing resources, achieving strategic objectives, and unlocking significant value through the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
In collaboration with our partners, Product, and Engineering teams, you will drive measurable business outcomes across complex and decentralized operating environments. You will combine extensive utility expertise with a proven strategy consulting background to lead data-driven transformations at one of the fastest-growing tech companies globally.
Your Contributions:
Identify & Frame Value
- Translate Strategy to Operations: Assess clients' strategic goals (e.g., Decarbonization, Rate Base Growth, Grid Modernization) and align them with a long-term vision using the Celonis platform.
- Target High-Impact Areas: Design the strategic agenda for the COO or CFO, optimizing end-to-end value chains such as Capital Projects (EPC), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Meter-to-Cash, and Supply Chain resilience.
- Build the Business Case: Develop robust, board-level business cases that demonstrate the financial impact of Process Intelligence (e.g., improvements in O&M efficiency, ROE, or Storm Response agility) to C-Suite executives.
- Create demos and strategic roadmaps utilizing industry benchmarks and best practices to integrate Celonis as a fundamental element of the client's operations.
