Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main client contact, managing daily communications and fostering long-term relationships. Collaborate with the Programmatic Operations team for seamless campaign setup, execution, and optimization. Translate client goals into strategic campaign plans, offering insights and recommendations. Analyze performance data and provide clear, actionable updates to stakeholders. Identify opportunities for client partnership growth through upselling and cross-selling in coordination with Sales. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client preferences, historical performance, and industry trends. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, client success, or programmatic advertising. Strong understanding of digital media buying, demand-side platforms (DSPs), analytics tools, and performance reporting. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a focus on strategic storytelling. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts in a dynamic environment. A collaborative mindset with a passion for cultivating enduring client relationships.

The Client Solutions Manager - Curation is based in New York, NY and acts as the main point of contact for top brand and agency clients. This role manages client relationships and campaign strategies, focusing on programmatic guaranteed and private marketplace (PMP) deals.
