JOB PURPOSE:

As a member of the Client Services team, your role will involve establishing strong relationships with clients and ensuring the successful delivery of a diverse range of integrated campaigns. You will manage client briefs, coordinate the planning, assignment, and review of creative work, and oversee the agency's workload in collaboration with your team.
You will work closely with Designers, Copywriters, Developers, and various departments within the agency to guarantee the successful execution of campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage, draft, and review client briefs.
- Ensure timely delivery of client projects across multiple campaigns, coordinating with the Account Director on team capacity.
- Communicate effectively with clients, clarifying queries, managing expectations, and providing proactive updates on status and recommendations.
- Clearly relay client feedback to Designers and Copywriters.
- Prioritize team workloads and escalate issues when necessary.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ businesses, strategies, objectives, brands, audiences, and challenges to provide tailored communication solutions.
- Foster strong working relationships with key clients through regular meetings, video calls, planning sessions, and evaluations.
- Ensure that project success criteria are met, delivering on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and test creatives to achieve optimal results.
