What does the role entail?
The Client Services Project Manager serves as a vital partner to Nice's clients, delivering both proactive and reactive support post-implementation to align with customer priorities and our business objectives. You will build and maintain strategic relationships across various client business units, influencing activities to ensure service excellence for designated accounts. As a subject matter expert in Nice Solutions, your goal will be to maximize the value derived from our offerings. You will act as the primary liaison between our clients and Nice's support teams, addressing critical issues, challenges, and requests related to escalations and unmet expectations.
How will you contribute?
- Oversee the project lifecycle from initiation through to deployment, including data acquisition, configuration, validation, and tuning.
- Manage all project tasks, including schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered within specified time and cost constraints.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with key members of the client team, including business users and management.
- Prepare and present project status reports to keep stakeholders informed about progress and challenges.
- Develop and uphold standard practices for client implementations that align with the project manager's operational model.
- Communicate customer needs and concerns to the product management team, R&D, and other internal stakeholders.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, defining schedules, resource allocation, and tracking progress.
- Engage in project discussions at a high level concerning both functional and technical aspects.
