About the Internship
Guidepoint’s Seoul office is looking for a Client Service Intern to join the team. This internship gives hands-on experience in a start-up setting, with exposure to a wide range of projects and industry sectors. Successful interns may be considered for a full-time position after the program.
What You Will Do
- Work with global advisors and support Project Managers on strategic research for clients in Korea and internationally.
- Assist Project Managers with various tasks and ongoing projects.
- Coordinate consultations between clients and vetted industry experts.
- Help recruit leading industry experts for Guidepoint’s network, evaluating their suitability for specific projects.
- Conduct ad-hoc research to identify industry trends and explore new outreach approaches.
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture and build strong relationships with colleagues.
What We Look For
- Current pursuit or recent completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong academic record.
- Excellent time management; able to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Available for a full-time internship, with at least 3 fixed days per week.
- Fluency in Korean and English; Mandarin or Japanese skills are a plus.
- Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new things.
- Proactive, creative, and resourceful approach to work.
- Strong sense of responsibility and high integrity.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfort working in a goal-oriented, entrepreneurial environment.
