Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Sydney. Availability to work at least three days a week with a fixed schedule (either Mon-Wed or Wed-Fri). Fluency in English is required. Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn. Proactive, positive, creative, and resourceful self-starter. Strong sense of responsibility and integrity. Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting and achieve ambitious goals. Excellent time management skills and capability to multitask under pressure.

About the job

Guidepoint is looking for a Client Service Intern to join its Sydney team for a paid, three-month internship. The position starts as soon as possible and may be extended. This is an opportunity to work closely with a collaborative group, contribute to projects across various industries, and experience the energy of a startup environment.

What you will do

  • Assist Project Managers with daily tasks and ongoing assignments.
  • Enter and update data in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with expert consultants to set up client phone consultations.
  • Help identify and recruit subject matter experts for specific projects.
  • Conduct industry research to identify trends and explore new outreach platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships within the team.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Sydney.
  • Available at least three days per week on a set schedule (Monday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Friday).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Curious, eager to learn, and proactive.
  • Positive, creative, and resourceful approach to challenges.
  • Dependable and acts with integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working toward ambitious goals in an entrepreneurial setting.
  • Excellent at managing time and multitasking, even under pressure.
