Qualifications
Requirements· High School diploma required; a degree from an IEK or university is preferred.· Proficient in English.· Comfortable using computers and basic office software (Microsoft Office).· Excellent command of the Greek language, both spoken and written.· Strong communication skills, politeness, and teamwork spirit.· Customer service orientation.· Ability to handle difficult situations. Desired Qualifications· Familiarity with CRM systems.· Previous experience in a similar role.· Knowledge of Retail.
