A minimum of 7 years of experience in client partnership or business development roles, preferably in the digital media or advertising industry. Proven track record in managing relationships with Chinese brands and understanding of their market dynamics. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus, but not mandatory. A passion for technology and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

About the Role

We are assembling a world-class team of media professionals and are on the lookout for an experienced Client Partner (CP) to cultivate relationships with Chinese advertisers and their agencies globally. Ideal candidates will have a solid track record working with prominent Chinese consumer brands in sectors like Technology (Xiaomi, Huawei, Honor, OPPO, TCL, Hisense, Vivo, Haier) and Automotive (BYD, Xpeng, Geely, Chery).

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement strategies to expand our partnerships with some of the largest Chinese brands worldwide.
  • Drive revenue growth by building trusted relationships and partnerships with clients.
  • Create consultative sales presentations that demonstrate how xAI can help clients connect with and engage their customers effectively.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on new products, audience insights, and best practices for leveraging xAI's offerings.
  • Assist clients in designing and executing impactful campaigns while measuring results and renewing partnerships to enhance revenue growth.
  • Ensure clients receive the highest quality of service and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal outcomes for both clients and xAI.
  • Mentor new team members as our organization expands.
