About the job
We are seeking driven, collaborative, and commercially astute individuals who possess a deep understanding of facilitating digital, data, and technology transformation within Central Government or the broader Public Sector.
This position is perfect for someone aspiring to evolve into a trusted advisor role, with the potential to transition into Account Director or Client Director responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture positive working relationships with stakeholders in Central Government organizations, facilitating daily engagement and coordination.
- Assist clients and internal teams in digital transformation projects, which encompass cloud migrations, target operating models, design-driven solutions, data-centric services, AI, and innovation.
- Guide customers in recognizing the advantages of transformation and assist them through the initial stages of intricate technology decision-making, escalating issues to senior leadership as necessary.
- Engage in consultative discussions: collect information, comprehend client challenges, identify needs, and help outline potential solution areas.
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities by researching contexts, preparing materials, and collaborating closely with senior Client Directors to assess and advance demand.
- Support senior Client Directors in preparing for client meetings, QBRs, workshops, and presentations by gathering inputs, drafting documents, and recording actions.
- Facilitate the customer journey across the account lifecycle by coordinating activities, tracking actions, and aiding in the progression of opportunities towards delivery handover (without managing end-to-end delivery).
- Participate in account activities by assisting in maintaining plans, preparing summaries, and aiding teams in aligning goals, priorities, and roadmaps — without overseeing account strategy.
- Engage in customer interactions and stakeholder discussions, supporting senior colleagues and contributing to meetings without independently leading full engagements.
- Stay updated on emerging digital and technology trends, identifying opportunities to enhance public service delivery in the UK, and sharing insights with the team as appropriate.
- Exhibit a strong desire for collaboration, learning, and continuously enhancing your understanding of public sector requirements and digital transformation.
- Communicate effectively and professionally, tailoring your style to different audiences, and contributing to impactful documentation, presentations, and discussions.
