Position Overview

The Client Delivery Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of projects within the Communications sector under Telco+. Collaborating closely with the Client Service Lead, this individual will integrate Telco+ offerings with a focus on AI and Cloud solutions to address critical business challenges faced by clients, delivering exceptional value-added services to drive their success. The Client Delivery Lead will oversee business value management, foster professional relationships with clients and stakeholders, and lead multifunctional project teams.

Key Responsibilities

As the primary point of contact for key clients regarding project and managed services delivery, you will:

  • Oversee client account delivery services and participate actively in the programs under your purview.
  • Coordinate teams across various Lines of Business (LOBs) to achieve revenue, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Capture insights from completed projects to enhance our collective knowledge base.

Additionally, you will be expected to:

  • Identify and cultivate mutually beneficial business opportunities to address client challenges.
  • Support the presales solutioning process to ensure that proposed solutions are viable and executable within the defined project parameters and available resources.

Utilize innovative technology and process improvements to conceptualize effective solutions.
