We are currently looking for a Civil Project Manager to enhance our dynamic team. You will thrive in an environment that emphasizes collaboration, technical excellence, and personal growth. As part of our civil engineering department, you will handle a diverse array of projects, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams across our California and Texas studios to realize high-performance, community-centered designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all stages of civil engineering projects—from initial planning and design to execution—ensuring all scope, schedule, quality, and budget targets are achieved.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver exceptional solutions, meet project objectives, and cultivate enduring client relationships.

  • Direct the development and coordination of schematic design, design development, and construction documentation, ensuring technical precision and consistency.

  • Mentor and guide designers and project engineers, promoting technical proficiency, teamwork, and professional advancement.

  • Represent LPA through active engagement in professional organizations and industry events, fostering continuous learning and industry participation.
